Cancellation Policy

• Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided check-in is not within the next 48 hours.
• After the 24-hour cancellation period, reservations are non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel after that period, please contact us. If we are able to rebook some or all of your cancelled nights, we may refund the amount recovered from the replacement booking, less any applicable fees.
• 28+ night stays are also non-refundable after the initial 24-hour cancellation period. If the cancelled dates are successfully rebooked, we may refund the amount recovered.
