👥 Maximum occupancy: 2 guests

🌙 Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.

• Please enter and leave quietly during these hours.
• Late returns are absolutely fine; we simply ask that you move through the house quietly.

🏡 Shared spaces

• Shared spaces, including the kitchen, dining room and rooftop terrace, should be left tidy after use.
• The kitchen is intended for light meal preparation.
• The rooftop terrace and cedar hot tub are shared guest amenities.

👟 Please remove your shoes inside.
🚭 No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes.
🎉 No parties or events.
🐾 No pets.
🚫 No outside or unregistered guests.
🎵 Please keep music and noise at a level that will not disturb other guests.
📸 No commercial photography or filming.
