Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Guesty. Sumach House does not directly store your full credit-card information.

If you reserve through a booking platform such as Airbnb, Booking.com or another travel service, we may receive information from that platform that is necessary to manage your reservation and stay.


How information may be shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate our business, including payment processors, booking platforms, website providers and other service providers supporting your reservation or stay.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Payment information is handled through secure third-party payment systems rather than stored directly by Sumach House.
